We cannot accept returns of customized or used items. Non-customized items that haven’t been used or laundered can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Discounted items purchased during our Birthday Sale can be returned for store credit or exchange only.
We are unable to offer free returns at this time, so a flat rate of $10 will be deducted from your refund for the return.
